Spreading a Lot of Sunshine

TJX Canada and their associates at home office, distribution centres and WINNERS and HomeSense stores across the country, have believed in the power of dreams since 1999. They have supported Sunshine’s efforts to build hope, confidence, optimism and a sense of independence for kids every year since and have made an incredible contribution to the lives of the children we are privileged to serve. In the spirit of true partnership, TJX Canada continues to contribute more than just money to our cause, investing both time and talent in support of generating awareness for our mission. We are humbled and grateful for the contributions of TJX Canada to our organization, which in 2016 topped the million dollar mark once again through a combination of corporate donations, generous customer and associate contributions, internal fundraising events and more. While the unwavering support of TJX Canada leadership is deeply appreciated, we are truly touched by what Sunshine has come to mean to the many TJX Canada associates across Canada who have embraced our organization and the importance of dreams. Their passion, commitment and enthusiasm continue to exceed our greatest hope, each and every year.

We are thankful also for the impact TJX Canada’s support of Sunshine has had on other companies as they consider the possibility of supporting our organization. Our long-standing partnership with TJX Canada, and the collaborative way in which we work together, helps other potential partners understand our commitment to working with our corporate supporters to help them achieve their community investment objective, while at the same time helping Sunshine achieve our own. With over $9.8 million dollars raised and contributed to Sunshine since 1999, TJX Canada has positively impacted the lives of thousands of Sunshine children through their on-going support and passion for our cause.
